I don’t think kids today are self-absorbed because there parents just give them everything also they don’t like getting in other people's life.

I don’t think kids today are self-absorbed because there parents just give them everything also they don’t like getting in other people's life. Another thing is lots of kids are spoiled yet they volunteer and help out and care about other people. First of all, you may think that some kids are spoiled because of the things they have and because their parents give them everything. But sometimes kids don’t ask their parents. Their parents just get it for them just because they want to. So the kid may be a good person who cares about many other people.

Secondly, sometimes you think someone is self-absorbed and doesn’t care about their friends but really doesn’t want to get in somebody else’s problem and make it worse. Their friends might think that it’s because he or she doesn't care about them, but they do, so that’s why they don’t get involved. So don’t judge us kids that quickly.

Third, many of todays do lots of volunteering. Actually most of today’s volunteers are kids. Over 60 of my friends are volunteers including myself. Adults think today's kids are spoiled and self- absorbed, but they aren’t spoiled but they might be self-absorbed.

In conclusion, kids today are not spoiled and I'll stick to my choice. Many kids volunteer and help out other people
